The Northern Arizona Book Festival is co-sponsoring the following events:
- Our next author event is April 28, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Starrlight Books. We are excited to host a book signing with Michael P. Ghiglieri, co-author (with Thomas M. Myers) of Over the Edge: Death in Grand Canyon. If you are interested in rafting the canyon, or are a canyon guide yourself, you will want to meet Mr. Ghiglieri and learn about his book! Starlight Books, a small locally-owned bookstore, is located on Leroux Street in downtown Flagstaff, very close to Route 66.
- May 4, 2012 – Children’s Book Authors Geocaching Event at the Arboretum at Flagstaff
- May 8, 2012 – Fundraising event at Karma Restaurant: eat lunch or dinner there, or both, and support the Book Festival!
And don’t forget, the main festival this year will be on May 19, 2012!
The morning after the festival on Sunday May 20 at 10a.m., Bookmans will be hosting a free coffee and bagels meet-and-greet with the authors before they travel home. This will be a good chance to chat with the authors individually.
